Reconfigure pi-hole
Or you can change them in /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf and then choose the repair option of pihole -r
Run pihole -r and choose Reconfigure

Raspberry Pi config
sudo raspi-config

Check Pi-hole DNS,  disable Pi-hole, what are the outputs of these commands:
From the Pi:
nslookup pihole  [your network pihole host name]
nslookup google.com
nslookup yahoo.com

From a client:
nslookup pihole  [your network pihole host name]
nslookup google.com
nslookup yahoo.com
